Looks like a problem in our backbone:
http://api.gbif.org/v1/species/match?verbose=true&kingdom=Animalia&phylum=Chordata&class=Aves&order=Passeriformes&family=Muscicapidae&genus=Erithacus&name=Erithacus%20rubecula&rank=species

Erithacus rubecula sp. marionae Dietzen, Michels & Wink, 2015 is also listed as a SPECIES, so the nub matching gets confused and both names appear to be the same species just with different authors (which the occurrence does not mention)
