Description: I had myself went through the password reset couple of times before realizing email does not work for logging in. And I have heard about similar experience from 2 other people I have encouraged to create GBIF logins.

Comment: Password retrieval tested on UAT and LIVE and it works on both instances. Communication in progress to find out the reason.
