Description: As the higher taxonomy in the nub is based on catalogue of life it is missing many common higher taxa names that might be encountered in occurrences and checklists.
For example Radiolaria, Serpentes, Vertebrata and many more.

Should we add those names to the nub in a hidden way and point to their closest treated taxon in the nub? For example the (sub)order Seprentes could link to the Squamata order. Technically this might be implemented by a special "synonym" relationship.]]>
