Description: When visiting "metadata management" at collectory/manage/list, it's not clear  where the user is at, mostly because the term used in the left column is not consistent with the title in the right, i.e. "Admin tools" as to "Admin functions.

Also, by clicking the options on the left doesn't give a different URL, which makes it difficult to point others to the correct page.

Suggest:
1) The options on the left can be CSS-highlighted accordingly;
2) The terms should be consistent.]]>
