Description: In migrating from IPT1 to IPT2, there have been approximately 19 duplicate resource registrations.

Only those resources served by their IPT2 should stay: http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=8120860c-d51c-4f5f-b865-3c8e39eb6915
The Registry and Portal both need to be cleaned up. This is an example resource coming from IPT1 that needs to be deleted: http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=26e01300-a1ef-4a42-b7f4-bef22e4b5eeb Apparently this resource has already been deleted from the Portal index, so maybe some cleanup of the Portal has already been done for ROIS?

I have deleted the following 18 datasets from the registry. Cleanup is now needed on the portal index.
