8350 hasn't been updated since 2009, and contains 1 record with no catalog number that shouldn't even be indexed (see screenshot). This is causing [~omeyn] problems in his work.

Both resources apparently come from an IPT1.

TanBIF does have an IPT2 (http://www.tanbif.or.tz/ipt/) but it isn't apparent which resource replaces NHT Flora, if any at all.

Please, delete all duplicate resources from registry and from portal, and ensure that at the very least, no raw occurrence records, and occurrence records, still exist having no catalog number.
