Description: GBIF says the date of this occurrence (http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/723600272) is 1915, but the original iNaturalist observation lists it as 2012: http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/101282. What's the source of the mismatch?

The verbatim value for event year is 15 which we interpret as 1915 since 2015 is the future. The raw xml/json we don't have access to because we can't crawl the archive. This is the error from dwca-validator:

invalidationReason=Archive invalid because [No readable records]

[~jlegind@gbif.org] This requires some manual checking of the state of the archive (try to download it and have a look) and then possible followup with publisher.
