Description: This is not urgent for this release of the Registry, but I will like to make aware of this situation. For some reasons we still have orphaned datasets from around 2010
* The three first ones (Watervogelss) I think can be deleted, seems like a test from way back.
* The other ones, specially the UK are just missing the linkage with the corresponding Organization. These DS were registered back in 2010 when the Registry Web Services might have been crappy at the time and missed to set the relationship. If agreed, I can link these datasets to the UK National Biodiversity Network easily.
* Piscaria seems to be the same story. Not wired up to any organization but I dont know to whom should it be wired to.
NOTE: Please note that as this Datasets are not linked to any organization, this DS have not been harvested into the data portal so the good news is that we are going to have some more records if we decide to wire them up.

- UK NBN: checking with contact whether the datasets were withdrawn or should be reconnected (communication see Helpdesk Case 1891)
- Watervogels: all three are test datasets (see description) and can be removed
- Piscaria: was deleted after mail exchange, 4.3.2011 - mark as deleted
