Comment: I have contacted their old node manager, as the person who filed this issue is the new one and he doesn't even exist in IMS. I am waiting for their answer and then I will update the IMS.

As far as I can see this issue is still pending. I can discuss this with Anne Mette and try to get clarity in the coming period. I do not believe that we had ever a formal response from the current HoD or Node Manager as to the changes suggested above. The current Hod and/or NM needs to inform us on the changes, otherwise we will not accept any alterations to key Participant positions in GBIF.
