Description: the following dataset (http://www.gbif.org/dataset/816f6644-7a1d-4420-8396-63bfa9599fb0) has 731 records. 3 of them do not have a latitude/longitude because we do not know exact location. However, when looking at map, GBIF has only 716 georeferenced records. hence 12 have "lost their georeference. When i look at originaldataset i uploded in IPT, all but three have georeferences. When i download from the GBIF portal, georef. is missing from 12 (+ the 3 expected), and i dont seem to be able to find a reason (e.g. data format error). i have given up :-) Can you help sort this out?

Comment: Hi, I have a suspision this issue relates to a general issue with how the IPT handles decimal separators. the Danish system uses "," whereas US/UK and others use ".". I have tryed setting my computer system to both options, but nothing helps.
