Description: I can't tell the difference between these two datasets—one of them's new, having just shown up in the API—are they versions of the same data and thus somewhat duplicative?

[~jlegind@gbif.org] can you please

* flag this dataset as deleted in our registry
* check if there are other such datasets coming from this old IPT that need deleting
* inform the IPT admin, they should inform us of such things in the future, to avoid duplicate residual datasets leftover from IPT migrations
