Description: GBIF is registered twice as a publisher, both being used:
http://www.gbif.org/publisher/fbca90e3-8aed-48b1-84e3-369afbd000ce
http://www.gbif.org/publisher/e196c8d6-f795-463c-80c4-310dd14ee50b

There are also some test datasets in our prod registry which need to be removed:
 - GBIF Mock IPT installation
 - 2x pontaurus (plus the real one by the BGBM)
 - test biocase installation
 - not sure about GBIF demo IPT
 - 2 http installations? We should probably merge that all to the GBIF Resources and GBIF Github installation]]>
