Description: At least two publishers exist who are not endorsed, but have indexed data associated. This should not be the case:

Proposed resolution:
- check why the publishers are not endorsed, follow up on the endorsement request if necessary, and determine whether endorsement is indeed not to happen. If endorsed, correct the entry in the registry
- if the publishers are not to be endorsed, try to find a new "home" for the datasets. if this proves impossible, de-index and delete them as a last resort]]>
