Summary: Text encoding issue in French-language metadata 
Description: Metadata is blowing up on this new dataset from French Polynesia via le Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle et GBIF France. It looks systematically bad, so I'm guessing it's a text encoding issue—simple as a different selection in GBIF France's IPT?

Comment: I am working with GBIF France to fix the problem. What they need to do is update their IPT to version 2.3.1, fix the badly encoded characters in their affected resources' metadata, and republish them.
