Description: Our backbone patch adds in higher taxa that have been removed from the CoL these days. Review if we still need all the patches

These higher taxa are now missing from CoL:

Pteridophyta
Lycopsida
Ulvophyceae
Ulvales
Ulvaceae
Mesogastropoda
Amastridae

The Ulvophyceae and below are Algae taxa missing due to the removal of Algaebase.
I would suggest to include the WoRMS classification for algae instead as a temp solution. Probably best as its own dataset
