Description: For the BID programme, baseline data needs to be established for 1) the broader African region, and 2) for the BID targeted countries in sub-saharan Africa.
The following data is needed:
- Data publishing from Africa with a list of data publishers
- Data publishing about Africa, with a list of data publishers, countries and regions where the data is coming from
- Trendlines in data publishing before BID funded projects are starting should be provided
- Basis of record, taxonomy overviews as well as information about data hosting and IPT installations may be helpful
After a first analysis of the relevant data publishers some data cleaning activity might be undertaken. ]]>
