Description: Society for the Management of Electronic Biodiversity Data (SMEBD) have disbanded.

They have endorsed 3 organisations, but only 2 have shared data.
  23 datasets from BioFresh [1]
  2 datasets from Russian Academy of Sciences [2]

We need to:

1. Find new endorsers for those publishers and rewire them in the registry
2. Delete (i.e. mark as deleted) the SMEBD Node and Organization in the registry
3. Ensure that the Directory is updated to represent the status. ( [~anmnielsen] will likely do this, but when 1. and 2. happen please verify)
