Requested attributes:
Institution Code, Genus, Scientific Name, Latitude, Longitude, and Basis of Record

Additional attributes:
All mandatory information (citation, rights, data publisher and resource); geospatial issue flag

Additional information required:
- point out citation guidelines, request citing original resources and GBIF as mediator
- explanation for geospatial issue flag
- warning about geoprecision (grid-based data)
- include export of rights statements and citation guidelines with the export
