Description: We used a fake ECAT develpoment publisher organization to serve some checklists that we had produced ourselves based on external data.
This fake organization should be removed and relations to the real owners added, with GBIF serving some of these checklist datasets through a single http server.

The owner should always be the original source, not GBIF.
All datasets with a gbif url should be served by a single GBIF http server
Currently there seems to be 3 http servers attached to ECAT, it should only be one attached to GBIF.

Will resources be migrated to be served from a single one, or should they be "virtually" combined to appear as one in the registry?

Comment: Spreadsheet with cases shared through dropbox folder "GBIF ECAT registrations" with Markus and David. Need input from Dave on a number of cases before reconnections can be made and endorsement sought.

Comment: In total, outstanding issues now concern missing updates in rights and citations, as well as pending endorsements for newly registered organizations.
