Summary: Review network membership in registry
Description: Network memberships ("has constitutent" relations between a network and a dataset) were migrated manually from the index tables, but not reviewed in the process. As the maintenance is largely manual in the index, a number of outdated relations were transported across, e.g. Polish datasets still linked to BioCASE, even though they migrated to Tapir a long time ago. Cleanup needed.
