Comment: As far as I see from the record structure (e.g. http://data.gbif.org/occurrences/224603154/providerMessage.xml), they are using Darwin Core 1.4 (see http://wiki.tdwg.org/twiki/bin/view/DarwinCore/DarwinCoreVersions), though I cannot find the content namespace declaration in the metadata response. It is possible that they used a locally stored version. Where do you get the http://140.109.29.92/tapirlink/darwinxml/ link from?
