Description: The WP states that the following deliverables are planned for 2014:
"Processes to support GBIF national participants to develop effective BIFs including: Mechanism for reporting national priorities and process in implementing a BIF; projects in place to trial these processes with at least 2 GBIF Participants."

Rationale
As part of GBIF's capacity enhancement strategy Participants should undertake guided self-assessments to better plan capacity enhancement projects and monitoring and evaluation processes for these projects. Some of this information will be relevant to track progress on the global level.
