Description: The Secretariat will work with the Nodes Committee to develop guidance and planning materials and to establish processes for developing national implementation plans and for assessing progress. These guidance and planning materials will include a framework for exploring the relationship between a national biodiversity information facility and a range of stakeholder groups with which is may need to connect (e.g. data holding institutions, citizen science, research infrastructures, environment agencies, research users etc). Within this framework, materials will be organized to assist with communications and with planning engagement with each of these stakeholder groups.
