Description: Once the first draft list of priority documents is produced, it needs to be checked by the Secretariat staff (approx. 2 weeks) and by the GBIF Committees (probably Science and Nodes, approx 3 weeks).
After these two rounds of review, a final list of documents will be established.

To carry out the revision by people outside the Secretariat, the Portal need to be able to show the results of searches among the resources, using thematic scope, language and type of resource as query parameters.

Task to be performed probably by AGT and MR.

The list of priority documents to produce in 2015 and beyond is ready, currently under public review, through a Google Doc document:

The deadline for the review is the 31 October. The final list will be reviewed afterwards and issue as the list for the end of 2014 and the product listed in the WP.
The list will be dynamic anyway and evolve with future interactions.
