Description: Imagine the HIT user has triggered a metadata update for DiGIR or BioCASE. It could be that new resources were created, so the HIT needs to discover these and create green bioDatasources that expose them in the HIT UI.

Therefore, when a job gets added for the metadata update, a registry-sync job whose purpose is resource discovery should automatically get added. This registry-sync job should only run once the metadata update has finished successfully.

This logic will need to be added to the scheduler. I'm uncertain if the harvest-webapp would pick up the registry-sync job... but for now let's imagine this is how it would work.

Comment: This issue has been resolved: the registry sync automatically kicks off after a successful metadata update (carried out by fede's synchronizer) has finished.
