Description: A technical installation, that gets flagged as deleted in the registry, should be flagged as deleted in the HIT.

Similarly, a dataset, that gets flagged as deleted in the registry, should be flagged as deleted in the HIT.

Please add, add the end of every registry synchronization, a check for orphaned BioDatasources. That is, BioDatasources that represent technical installations, or datasets, that no longer exist in the Registry.]]>

Comment: To confirm this is working, I added a dataset and technical installation to the Registry, synchronized them to the HIT, flagged them as deleted in the Registry, and then ran another synchronization with the HIT. They were flagged as deleted as expected. Closing issue.

Comment: Need to improve logging, and add flagging when whole organizations have been deleted in the Registry.
