Summary: HIT endpoints not added for registry synch by Node (Finland)
Description: A registry update for Node = Finland at http://kyle.gbif.org:8080/hit/registry/menu.html did only return three endpoints, none of them served by http://kyle.gbif.org:8080/gbrds/browse/agent?uuid=369b9874-5bd5-45dd-9db8-c29d6c3b5a72 (Digitarium IPT). Possibly connected to owns != serves? Only after registry synch by Organisation did the kuopio endpoint get pulled in (http://kyle.gbif.org:8080/hit/datasource/list.html?filter=country&value=finl)

Comment: We can't retrieve the list of datasets served by the organization until this issue REG-264 is solved.

Fix applied in r1775.

A new version of the WS is needed in order to answer calls for the organization's hosted datasets.
