Summary: gbrds-web-dsaware: set dataset type = occurrence on all dataset posts
Description: The only registrations using the old registry ws are for occcurence datasets. Therefore, ensure that the dataset type is just automatically set to occurrence for all dataset posts using the old registry ws.

Comment: Categoy is now set on the web services. The standard web service set the category=OCCURRENCE by default. The IPT web services inspect the service type provided and decide whether the category=OCCURRENCE or category=CHECKLIST
