Description: When synchronizing with the GBRDS, the HIT is not able to populate the list with a metadata instance for KUBI Ornithology Tissue Collection.

Part of the error message says:

Since the resource was registered and published by an IPT, it could be a bug related to the IPT installation.

There is also a message saying:

Endorsing Node MISSING for the installation

This dataset was not pulled in because the type occurrence was not set (agent.category=18010)

I updated the registry manually, pulled the dataset through, and synchronized the resource to the index.

I don't know why the type was not set during registration. Obviously all the other resources had no problems from this IPT. We'll have to keep an eye on this problem in the future.

For now, I will mark this one as won't fix.

In the future, you can identify this problem by the following log line:

Dataset with key c0f99ffe-1463-11e2-9d5e-00145eb45e9a was not synchronized because the type was NULL
