Description: The refactored HIT incorporates the new Metadata Sync written by Fede so the old metadata harvesters can be removed from the HIT.

Comment: Until DwC-Archive's eml.xml based metadata can be populated in the Registry, the old DwC-Archive metadata harvester cannot be removed.

Comment: Given that the issue to create a new EML harvester to enable augmenting DwC-Archive datasets will not be implemented for some time, all the old metadata harvester code that needs to be removed, has been removed. Closing issue.
