Summary: c-deploy 'webserver' role requires manual pip installations
Description: It looks like on centos 6 machines we have to install python packages by hand via pip, rather than through ansible. Thinking mostly of the 'webserver' role in c-deploy.

pip installation was removed after merging the systemd branch
