Description: b14g3 was an old UAT server, and has nothing left of interest.

b14g6 was an old Dev server, but still has an Apache directive for ipt.gbif-dev.org which needs migrating.

I've shut down b14g3. Alessio confirmed it isn't in Nagios.

I've moved the Apache conf and DNS for ipt.gbif-dev.org to devapps-vh, disabled it in Nagios, and shut down b14g6.

If there are no problems in, say, a week, both VMs can be destroyed.
