Description: I had to redirect imsgbif.gbif.org to http://fms.gbif.org:8020/ to display the page with the message that we moved the IMS documents.

The PHP application can be archived and removed from that server (community-vh.gbif.org).
We should also change the DNS entry for imsgbif.gbif.org to resolve to the directory.gbif.org machine.
