Description: Fast forward going through the system emails to spot anything out of the ordinary. This is a proven method of early spotting issues and fixing them.

This operation needs to be performed every day and takes between 5 and 30 minutes. Additional tasks (fixing whatever problem was discovered) may derive from this. ]]>
