Description: I've set ITSUPPORT to use the same permissions scheme as INF[rastructure], but neither shows up for Kyle — even though the "Private to GBIF Permission Scheme" (used for both) gives "Browse Projects Ability to browse projects and the issues within them" to the group "gbif-staff.

The documentation suggests that should be enough for the project to show up on the JIRA homepage, for logged in GBIF staff users.]]>
