Description: For more flexible registration of the user node of NPT Startup and easier maintenance. Taking into account that some clients of NPT Startup may not have formally joined GBIF yet.

Comment: Both the form during installation and system configuration now use _npt_startup_settings_get_form() from npt_startup.profile
