Summary: Create npt_memdeley module to deal specifically with Mendeley API.
Description: The task used to be taken care by npt_nodestats module. As part of the adopting to the new GBIF API, mendeley relevant tasks should be separated because it's the only part that still needs post-retrieval analysis. This also concerns the rate of access that Mendeley provides.

Comment: This is due to incomplete journal names update. Current fix is manually updates triggered by sysadmin post installation or automatically by cron jobs.
