Summary: Uruguay Node shown twice on website
Description: On the contacts lists of Nodes, http://www.gbif.org/contact/directory-of-contacts#nodes, Uruguay is shown twice; once with the correct name of the Node manager, and once with message 'Pending appointment'. If I go to the source info, IMS, I can see that there is indeed a extra blank entry for the Node manager for Uruguay, but I am not able to remove the record as I get an error message saying 'The module was selected but the requested related record (ID=2875) could not be found'. How do we get rid of this?

Comment: This happened because there was an entry for a node manager in the ContactGrouproleNodeParticipant (__kp_ID 3579) which pointed to a non existent contact.  I deleted the entry from that table.
