Description: "Atlas of Living Australia for example clicks through to Australia.

I'd suggest calling them by their country names... It means more to people (e.g. I presume CBD folks) to see a list of countries, rather than what could very well just be organizations. One doesn't know that those represent countries unless you are close to GBIF.

Why not simply:

The following countries constitute the voting participants of GBIF:
  Australia - since 2001
  Beligium - since 2001
etc

Comment: Yes name of Participant DEFINITELY needs to be the country/organization name, not the node name. If easily implemented, we could add a third column called Node institution, using the names as currently presented on this page (for countries only). That would make this a more informative list.

Comment: Also do this for the third (other associate) table, where TaiBIF is currently showing as the participant. A third column here would add a lot of duplication though. Just switch the content of the existing column to use the participant name instead of the node name?

Comment: I agree with last comment. For Other Associate Participants, just use the Participant name, and leave out node institution as most will be the same.

Comment: One final suggestion on this - at the moment the node institution title links through the the overview of the country page which is not that intuitive. A good option would be to link these to the node website which is given in many though not all cases on the country pages. Where no website is available the title could just be plain text without a link.

I will add a hack replacing the node name for taiwan with its country name just as we do in the country articles above.
I have to stress the fact that we DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PARTICIPANT NAME as it is in the IMS in the portal!
We only have the node title and for country participants the country name. It luckily happens that these are usual the same, but in the case of other participants we do not have both the node title and the participant title!
