Description: Hi,
I was testing your new portal, when I used filter Scientific name "bacteria" with "b" there was this error message, also when using "Bacteria" with "B" I could not select all occurrences of the Bacteria Domain.

The new lookup servies does not pick the domain but returns a no match cause of multiple equally good matches. Bacteria is a homonym and there is also a genus:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org:8080/nub-ws/nub?verbose=true&name=Bacteria
The new lookup service also returns the next best matches as alternatives if the verbose parameter is set. We should use it for disambiguation or even suggestions in case of no results. For example:
http://ecat-dev.gbif.org:8080/nub-ws/nub?verbose=true&name=Heliola
