Notice that Europe is the only continent that isn't ordered properly. That's because the ordering is based on the Continent Enum: https://code.google.com/p/gbif-common-resources/source/browse/gbif-api/trunk/src/main/java/org/gbif/api/vocabulary/Continent.java
