[~ahahn@gbif.org] [~mdoering@gbif.org], you'll both remember that adding an RSS feed to the French node broke the current registry web services and had to be removed: http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=da44cd31-5901-4687-a106-6d1c7734ee3a

Perhaps we can hold off on adding this until we have moved to registry2 web services.
