Description: http://portaldev.gbif.org/participation/list, section "Other Associate Participants": the "Participant" column needs to use the participant name, not the name of the node. It will afterwards look almost identical to now, but this change is critical to properly list "Chinese Taipei" under the Other Associate Participants. "Taiwan Biodiversity Information Facility is the name of the node, but not of the participant.
