Description: Equatorial Guinea should not have an asterisk as it is no longer a GBIF Participant.
Chinese Taipei should have an asterisk as it is a GBIF Participant. The list, although shortened to 'country' in the URL, is described as Countries, islands and territories in the list so I do not see an issue about marking it as a Participant here.]]>

Comment: Equatorial Guinea has been updated to FORMER in participant_status in the migration script. (Might not be live yet)

Comment: Just to clarify will that cause the asterisk against Equatorial Guinea to disappear, or is that done manually?

Comment: That should be automatic, but we will confirm it is the case.
