Description: Filtering for Collector name = É. Ács, B. Beszteri has no result even though the drop down menue shows the string correctly and the occurrence record displays the the string correctly.

Text in the text box swiches to É. Ács, B. Beszteri

Example record:
Scientific name = Cyclotella meneghiniana and Catalogue number = 3572 (http://uat.gbif.org/occurrence/736268540) is using the string from the drob down menue. Display of collectors is correct.
Catalogue number plus Scientific name = 1 result
Collector name plus Scientific name = 0 result
Collector name plus Catalogue number = 0 result

Comment: tomcat connector was missing configuration setting URIEncoding="UTF-8" (http://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-6.0-doc/config/http.html), portaldev.gbif.org has that setting and the specials characters encoding works fine...i've added that setting to servel.xml in uat, everything should be fine after next restart
