Summary: Ensure featured dataset title lengths are not too long
Description: The titles shown below the featured datasets are taken directly from the API. Sometimes they are too long relative to other dataset titles though. Proposed, is to use one of the macros that trims the length of the title if it overflows, showing extra characters as "..."

http://staging.gbif.org/featureddatasets/json shows the data, as its stored in Drupal. Indeed, I notice the titles are sometimes different, e.g. http://api.gbif.org/v0.9/dataset/c690c2b5-8002-4d12-831c-9258dd618f78
If I understand you correctly, you want the title coming from Drupal to override the title coming from our API, correct?
There is an inherent danger, that the title could be updated by the publisher in their IPT for example, but the change would not propagate to Drupal, requiring manual update.
Does the benefit outweigh the possible inconvenience?
