Description: TaiBIF tried to download GBIF's 2012 Annual Report, but got: "format error: not a PDF or corrupted. Please fix this problem, thanks!

In addition, the link to GBits is broken. Already reported this problem to Anne Mette at 11:10 Friday October 11 (Taiwan time).

Comment: This is a general bug affecting all or most pdf resources which I have flagged to Cip and Alberto who are trying to find a solution. Until they do, we have placed a general message on all resource pages apologizing for the inconvenience and requesting users to email info@gbif.org so Sampreethi can send them the resource direct. Very unsatisfactory but out of my hands to fix.
