Summary: New method to list species per given area
Description: A useful new method would be to list all taxa occurring within a certain area based on actual occurrence records, optionally filtered by a date range and specific datasets. The area could be defined either by a known ISO country or a specified polygon (e.g. for protected areas, sub country administrative areas, etc). In addition a total count of occurrences and maybe also the number of distinct localities per taxon should be returned.
