Summary: Duplicate registration of datasets
Description: Both datasets at http://www.gbif.org/publisher/7ff14f90-946d-11dd-a03f-b8a03c50a862 are appearing twice, with different numbers for indexed records. Needs cleaning up on registry and index side.
