Description: Add a month of November.  The URL shows as
http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/search?YEAR=1811&MONTH=11

but then displays December.  Search results appear correct though.

Looks like the display is not taking into account java.util.Date month starts at 0 and not 1]]>
